Hello lovelies, I hope you all had a great weekend. Today I cooked a delicious vegetarian ragu alla bolognese (or, bolognese sauce) for dinner and I’d like to share the recipe with you. Obviously, this recipe is quite different compared to the original, since I don’t use any meat but, believe me, it’s just as tasty as the real one. I just replace meat with soya. It couldn’t be any easier!
I love vegetables and I really love broccoli. I could eat broccoli every single day, that’s why, when I saw this recipe here, I couldn’t wait to try it. And so, finally, yesterday I cooked this Broccoli and almonds pasta. Instead of maccheroni, I used fresh homemade tagliatelle. Well, it was delicious! Very, very easy to make and so yummy!
